Cosigner Info

Your interest in MWS Properties is appreciated. In order to complete your application, you may be required to submit a NOTARIZED personal guarantee from a responsible person, as discussed in our rental policy. This guarantee will place the burden on paying rent or damages on the guarantor(s) should you not be able to cover the costs. We will need the original copy of the Personal Guarantee of Rent and Performance of Lease Conditions returned to us by mail or in person in order to complete your application. We hope to hear from you soon so that we can complete the approval of your application.
